I need ideas!
I've been posting way more than my usual norm. This post is because I can tell that I am slowly on the way to running out of ideas.
If you have any good ones let me know. I am totally happy to let you peek into my life. I have nothing to hide. I'm not ready to go into bloggy retirement just yet.
Thanks!

I only hope and pray
I've been really relaxed with Tally, because you see, she's had four babies recently, she currently is lactating for four babies, and she technically is eating to support five.

I've been really nice to her, nice because in six short weeks I'll be selling her babies for money, this saddens me, because my heart breaks for her. She is such a good sweet mama and I know her little heart will break. I've let her sleep on the couch and really live up to the whole "lap dog" title. I give her an extra treat here and there. I've even gone as far as giving her a piece of cheese now and then just for the hell of it, really it more for my own guilt.
I'm totally going to have to un-spoil her when these puppies go.
One of the reasons I feel so bad for her is because:
Her nipples look like this!!!!

I can only hope and pray that when I am done having kids and nursing babies, neither of my nipples will look a thing like those!!!! Please someone reassure me that nipples don't go that haywire after all your babies are done with you.
I really don't want to have nipple nightmares!
YIKES!

He's Baaaack!
My little dude is 100% back. He's been doing just fine today, causing trouble with the night light in the hallway that is oh so tempting to him. Chasing Scooter every time she lays down and gets comfortable.
And most of all getting himself into "pickles," that's right my little guy is notorious for getting to places where ha can't figure how to get down. We do this one all day long. He gets up and stays up till he wants down (twenty minutes or so) or is to tired to hang on anymore. An I have to try to help him work his way down.

It's getting old very fast. Any ideas?
Oh yeah, by the way I have a real live late night date on Saturday night. If anyone is up for the challenge (and I do mean "challenge") I would love to have a baby sitter.
Any offers?

Say What?
This is a super random post with no direction and no purpose.
You can exit now if you'd like.
Seriously I wouldn't be bothered by wasting my time reading this post if I were you.
My baby was so sick for the first time today. I had way to many emotions. There's your proof I'm a first time mom.
I watched scooter sunbathe on the porch and I was very jealous.
I love puppy breath. And I'm lucky enough to get to smell it for at least the next six weeks!

My hubby is home tonight, and I have never been more glad to hand Rowdy over to him before.
I have a pedicure and today I feel like that is the only part of my body that doesn't scream "I'm a mom with a sick baby and I didn't get a damn thing done!!"
This picture wasn't taken today, but this is what my baby does every time he falls down. He cries and becomes a crying suckling infant again, except for the suckling. We don't do that anymore.

I had a lot of ambition today, and I was going to make my craft/computer room all organized and pretty.
I didn't do it.
I hope I have a better day tomorrow.

Shout Out!
Google.com/reader is the lucky recipient of my endorsement today.
I was an addict. I spent hours a day checking blogs and going back to blogs that hadn't been updated and waiting for the next fun post. Then quite a while back my friend Marissa put up a little blurb about google/reader and I thought I'd give it a try.
Here I am many moths later and I have to say it's freed up my time in the best of ways. I love just signing in and it lets check all my good friends (that means YOU) blogs.
Now I can stay on top of things around my house and I can do my hair and for the most part I don't neglect hose living beings in my home.
If you haven't signed up with google.com/reader or bloglines or something similar may I recommend it to you today!
PS. I'm not saying any of you have sunk to my level and let yourselves get addicted, I'm just saying give something new a try if you haven't already.

Thank You Baby.

Thank You Baby. Today and yesterday and the previous three days before that you have been sleeping in past ten again.
You used to sleep in past ten all the time, and I took it for granted. You started sleeping past ten when you were three and a half months old, and you started sleeping through the night.
Then we moved and you got your schedule and you room all switched up and you decided seven would be a good time to wake up EVERY morning. I wasn't spoiled anymore and I always hoped today would be the day you would be nice enough to sleep in again.
This morning I took a bath. Just for the hell of it. I thought the running water straight across from your bedroom would wake you up. You slept right through it. It was great. I haven't taken a bath since you were just a few days old, and your dad was still home from work on maternity leave. I loved every second of it, and I wouldn't have been able to bask in that glory of hot, sudsy water if it wasn't for you getting back to your old sleeping pattern.
Thank you baby!

11 Days Old
These little babies are doing great! Even thought they are only 11 days old it seems like they all have doubled in size. They are all eating well, Their little dew-claws have been removed and they've recovered well.
These are the most maintenance free pets on the planet! Tally does everything for them, I am hardly bothered at all. However I do occasionally peek in on them (like, every day!) It makes me sad to think on just mere weeks they'll all be gone. If my hubby were sweeter to me he would let me keep them all. We both know how impractical that would be though.
This whole experience has made me hope and pray that I never end up with multiples. Tally is mothering nearly 24/7 without a break or a husband for relief. I seriously don't think I could do it. that and her little ta-ta's are so stretched out and saggy. (Yikes!)
This one looks the most like her Daddy.

This one is the runt, she is doing great!

This one's fur is turning brown around one eye, and she's getting some light tan spots on her belly.

This one looks the most like her Mommy.

Yucky!
I was helping my hubby down stairs and I came up the stairs and this is what I saw...

I ran downstairs and I grabbed my hubby and the camera, and we snapped a few pics, and we chuckled to ourselves.

Then we said "What are you doing?"

Then I'm sure he thought "Dammit I'm caught red-handed!"

Disclaimer-all dog chow was taken out of his mouth, the mess was cleaned up and so was the baby....Let's all hope this crime isn't committed again.

Help me!
Okay, so I'm sick of calling him "my husband" and I'm sick of calling him "Cowboy" and he won't let me reveal his true given name, so this is where I need help. Throw out all of your suggestions....Please!! He needs a bloggy name and one that fits him.
He's strong,
quiet,
patient,
kind,
and he's totally a big tease.
He likes
Mountain biking,
hunting,
GUNS,
Trucks,
and anything else that is a freaking expensive hobby.
He's a picky eater,
hates having his picture taken,
a proud daddy,
and a hard worker.
So there you have it, my husband who wishes to remain anonymous. He needs a name and I need help! Thanks!
Oh yeah please be kind.
Late Halloween Pictures
Sorry these are late, but if I was on time, it just wouldn't be my style. Halloween was a bunch of fun this year, and my husband even got the evening off! We went to my sisters cause it was her babies birthday. We did the cake and ice cream and visited with family, then we went to my husbands mom's house to show her Rowdy in his Halloween duds.
I'm sure all of your family pictures look tons better than this one. I'm sure you all look at the camera the whole time. Right? And I'm also sure my family is the only family with 96% of their family pictures containing backs of heads and side shots of faces.

Aaahh! This ones better. isn't it funny how you only get one good one out of the six that your mom took... Sorry Mom. When it's time for you to take our Christmas card pic we'll try to focus.

This is my sweet boy! He was Charlie Brown for Halloween. Because he has a fat, round, bald head. Just like Charlie Brown. Thanks for the idea! (You know who you are.)

I have this weird thing, I don't love store bought Halloween costumes, and I really didn't want to just buy one cause it's a tradition I loved as a kid, having my mom make the most awesome costumes for us all. So with my moms help I cut out the pattern and she sewed it together. Doesn't it look great?! Maybe next year I'll have sharpened my seamstress skills enough to do it all on my own.

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday!

Head on over!
Marissa my favorite photog, (seriously she has real talent) is doing a giveaway and trust me she's worth taking the time to look at her stuff is great. She's not one of those girls who bought themselves a nice camera and called herself a photographer. She's been doing this for a long time and her pics are gorgeous. Take a look here.

Puppies!!
Last night at about 4:00A.M. Tally came to the side of my bed and let me know she needed my help. She was shaking so bad. The poor girl was so scared. By 7:30 this morning she was all done, and I am proud to announce she is a mommy X4.
She is so proud of her little puppies. When my husband who wishes to remain anonymous on this blog came home from work today she was so excited to show him all of her babies. It was way beyond cute. He is her person.

Here they all are. If you can't tell there are four.

These two are the biggest baby and the littlest one together. See the the biggest one...it's nearly double the size of the little one.

Everyone know how big a can of soup is so I thought this would give it a good perspective how tiny these pups are. This one is a twin, it was born first.

This one is the big bruiser of the bunch, it was born third. I know I didn't put them in order. It's the way I roll.

This one was born fourth. I'm pretty sure Tally was glad that this was the grand finale.

This one is the runt of all runts, it's one of the twins. It was born second, think a large mouse. That would be this ones size!

And this is the proud Momma in all her glory. She is so content and loving. She did a good job and I am so proud of her.

I'll be busy helping her out, and she is my little sidekick so I don't mind at all, things are going to get busy, but she is worth it.

Puppy Update!
After what seemed to be the longest night for Tally and I, They are finally here! She did so good, even though she was so scared. I'll post later some pictures and the genders, but I thought I'd go ahead and leave this little teaser.
PS. She is one helluva dog!!! All those babies and no epidural!
