Today is my birthday.
I'm turning 26.
I'm four years from thiry. I feel like I'm growing old.
In 26 years I've accomplished a lot.
Let me share some 26 things you may or may not have known about me.
1. I have attended SLCC, Weber State University, and OATC.
2. I eat Raspberries one pint at a time.
3. I prefer waxing to shaving. EVERYWHERE.
4. I worked on a ranch and instead of coming straight home I lived all over the Heber area in my car for about 6 days.
5. I sing along to Miley Cyrus songs.

7. LOST is the only t.v. show I am obsessed with.
8. My mental health needs to be kissed by the sun.
9. Facebook is more addicting than anything. I think.
10. I had prenatal depression, and someday I'd like to write a memoir about it.
11. I'd totally name my next baby Marmaduke. I love that name. The hubster tells me I'm insane.
12. I think about the future when the hubster will take the kids on a scout-outing or a hunting trip and it will just be me alone to my house, and I smile almost annoyingly big.
13. I could talk to my sisters on the phone for hours....The best part is, I tell them pretty much everything. They've got blackmail.

20. I opend my mouth and my mom falls out, an almost a daily basis.
21. Hairspray is pointless in Wyoming.
22. I'm a Coldpay Freakazoid.
23. I don't shop in stores. I'm a catalog and on-line shopper.
24. Living away from restaraunts has made me learn how to cook all kinds of dinners.

Ode to Rowdy.
My baby is officially two. How did that happen? I love his guts! He's been so much fun. We had his birthday party, and since it was the same day as the superbowl we had a party for anyone who wanted to join. We are really lucky to have family drive at least an hour just to come to a two year olds party.

Rowdy was so surprised when we showed him the "Bob-Bob" (Sponge Bob) cake. He is a Sponge Bob nut. I'm not even sure how he got that way. But the cake was fitting.

I"ll share a little bit about Rowdy with you. He is a helper, and sometimes to much. He also is a huge fan of his "Daddeeee" He will do anything and everything the hubster does. He has this vaccuum and it really picks up dirt and things on the carpet. He loves helping and its good for him to be excited about chores since I know it won't last.

Rowdy is all cowboy and has been for quite some time. He has these silly pop guns that he has so much fun with. And ever since he got his first pair of cowboy boots he's not worn regular shoes a day since. He put the boots on over his footie jammies and will wear them to bed, he even wears them when he's wearing nothing else.

His little imagination is blossoming to. He's started to do silly little things like putting his bibs on backwards, he'll run and jump and look back to see if his "cape" is flappiing behind him. He also is using everything as a hat... Like laundry baskets, bowls, lids. Who says boys don't like dress-up.

He's no fashionista but he is pretty opinionated about his clothing choices. And I totally believe it's alright for me not to win this battle. He can win.

Rowdy's fovorite breakfast is eggs and toast, his favorite dinner is spaghetti, his favorite snack is apples. He LOVES milk so much that he alone drinks nearly four gallons a week. When he's a teenager I'm going to have to ration him. He loves eveything Toy Story or Sponge Bob. Rowdy always wants to be outside, he doesn't mind bundling up, and he'll stay out forever. Rowdy comes to our bed evry morning and snuggles. He give wide open mouth slobbery kisses.

Rowdy reminds me of everything that is right in the world. He is so innocent and sweet, and he gets so excited for new things. He really has a passion that reminds me life needs to be lived.

I'm so lucky to have him as a part of my family. We LOVE you Rowdy!!

Zits.
My face looks like it did in highschool, and I'm very mad.
Not sure why but It's been awful since I quit nursing Dewy.
If your face looks like porcelain I'm pretty sure I don't want to stand next to you till my problem is fixed.
That's all!

Happy Birthday Rowdy (Sshh it's a little late)
Okay it's quite a bit late, on the 7th it was my babies first birthday. It was a mix of emotions for me, he's getting big so fast. We took extra care to make sure he was well fed, and well napped so he could be pleasant for his party. I think it all went pretty well.
We had great guest list. We invited all of the aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents that live the closest to us. Thanks to you all for making the hour or more drive to come and celebrate with us. I hope nobody left hungry.
It was fun for Red and I to come up with some birthday traditions that we'd like to share with all of our kids. We got Rowdy his own smash cake that he was able to enjoy without sharing. I'm sure we'll do this with all of our babies.

But the rest of us had a cake that was free of baby germs. It was a little more clean and adult.

We got Rowdy two balloon boquets, but I only took a picture of one, not sure where my mind was. Oh well.

Then we moved on to presents I think Rowdy was a bit overwhelmed, he's never had an overload of toys coming at him that fast. He was quite a sport, he showed interest in each one then was happy to move on to the next.

Some toys were a little more useful (in an aggressive way) than others. That's my boy!

Rowdy loved the assortment of gifts, everyone was very generous.

With all of his cousins being little kids, and he not really knowing how a party is done, the kids decided it was time to do cake and ice cream.

This by liked his cake.

I was all about him making a mess, he's only going to turn 1 once. We stripped him down to his diaper and let him have at it. Smart move stripping him down, I can't imagine the mess if I'd have left his clothes on.

He was such a happy boy, I was so glad he was in a good mood.

The blue frosting was great, if your looking for a good color go with blue, it doesn't stain on clothes, only your tongue. And it was easy to clean off of skin and his high chair. The only down side was when you change your babies diaper and its the same color as his birthday cake. Probably more than you wanted to know but it's the way I roll.
He's a lucky by to have so many girls come to his birthday party. I hope they all had a good time, I don't have any girl stuff or older girl stuff to entertain them.

P.S. Thanks to blackeyedsue, and my super cool brother in law "J" for making sure I have video and pictures of plenty to chose from, it totally wasn't on my mind at all. I'm glad you helped out in that department.
P.S.S Next year I'm renting the party room at the rec-center and when the party is done we can all go swimming, because next year I'd better not be pregnant and I'll be brave enough to dawn a swimming suit.
P.S.S.S Please pray I'm not pregnant next year.

Thankful for good friends and family
I am so lucky to have good friends and family!! Yesterday was my birthday, and BlackeyedSue made the nicest tribute to me for my birthday. Thanks BlackeyedSue. It made me cry. Oh, everything makes me cry my hormones are going wild. However, it was really touching. She also took me and lil' buckaroo into her home and her heart. She had me come over to her house and spend the day. She made me a chocolate cake, the quickest way straight to my heart, and my gut. It's my birthday, good thing I don't have to watch what I eat on my birthday! It was beautiful and it tasted divine. If only I could get her to make me a birthday cake more often. To bad I only have one birthday a year.
My sister-in-law in CA sent me a book and some slippers. They were a great surprise too! I thought the book was hilarious, my Gramma gave me a card with some birthday $, I got a card from my aunt J with a gift certificate and another card from my Mom and Dad. We all (parents, BlackeyedSue, brother, sister, sisters husband and monkey, gramma, and grampa, and aunt J) went out to eat to my favorite little Italian restaurant downtown. I had a really good time. I know Cowboy was super happy that they stepped up and treated me so good, because he really couldn't(Yeah, he is away on business).

This cake was so tasty, the pictures don't do it justice. The lighting in my kitchen sucks!

I had a piece right before bed. MMMmmm!!!

That chocolate filling in the middle....Almost as good as an orgasm! Hey I just had a baby, in all honesty it'll be a while, but this will hold me over.

My Gramma brought this blanky she made for lil' buckaroo to dinner, it is so beautiful, and whatever she washed it in smells so good. The yarn is really soft too. I just wanted to show it off, things that are made with love should be shared.

This is just a picture of lil' buckaroo just for the heck of it. He has one big baby zit!! Just look close. Isn't it a cute baby zit? Whatever.
I just want to thank you all for your sweet comments, and I want to thank all of my good friends and family for being so good to me. I hope I get the opportunity to repay all of your goodness and kindness someday! I love you all so much, and you know who you all are.
I really do know how to spell Grandma & Grandpa, I prefer to spell them how I say their names though. That, and I'm not really formal.
