Warning: This post may disturb you!
We recently had a pest come and live in our crawlspace, then she decided that she was going to take over our garage, and then she decided she was going to have four babies and spread them all throughout the crawlspace.
We trapped the mama in a foot trap, then cowboy shot her in the head with a BB bun, until she died. I could have posted a picture of her, but I thought that would just be too sad, and I don't want to get any comments from peta or anything.
These babies were so cute, I was sad that their lives would be so short lived. But two sleeping bags, and a box spring, and lots of other damage in our garage, later, its kind of a relief that we won't be bothered anymore. Raccoons are dangerous and full of disease.
So sadly these babies lives ended the same way there mamas life ended. Now we have no more pesky pests!
My brother in law Will brought over his coon dog, he is still in training so they attempted to use the babies for training. Turns out the goats were more fascinating to this big dog!
Maybe next time pup, maybe next time.

That is hilarious! I love your animal commentary. That dog is darling, but I seriously hate rodents! I don't blame you for getting rid of them! Ick, ick, ick! Just watch your back...there is still a daddy out there and we all know how "men" are. You will have more babies around soon!:)
EWWWW! I can't even stand to hold rabbits anymore. Anything that even resembles a rodent makes me break out in hives. Barf. I am glad you got rid of the raccoons. I have hated them since I had one the size of a golden retriever invade the garbage 20 feet from me at girls camp.
I HATE RACCOONS!
Sorry I didn't call you back. I fell asleep.
Poor racoons! Mean Cowboy!
That dog just makes me smile. Those raccoons make me sad. Further proof that I am a city girl through and through.
HELLLLLLOOOOOOO!!!!
Is anyone out there??!?!?!
Time to put something else up. I've been in the hospital, and home for a week, I need new headlines. Love ya, but you need new pictures up.
